Cardinal Primary Care
I believe the most important foundation of health care is the relationship with your pediatrician or primary care provider. It is cardinal, or fundamental and of the highest significance, to have someone who knows you and will advocate for you and your health. The name cardinal has a secondary meaning as a red-colored bird, often celebrated for its vitality and positive energy. I hold these values close as I work with each individual.
Primary care physicians are often the first point of contact and should walk with you through all that life brings; connecting you with community resources, providers and specialists, and bringing it all home in a cohesive plan. This is the core of primary care. It is my passion and mission to build these relationships and have enough time to dig deep and deliver excellent care.
You will never hear me say “good enough” or “average American”. I will always strive for everyone to have the best energy, mental clarity, and overall health possible. I aim for vital longevity at every stage of life.

Emma Wilder, ND
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Wilder has been passionate about science and the human body since childhood, fueled by growing up in health-conscious Boulder, Colorado in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. In the practice of medicine it has always made the most sense - and given the best outcomes - to orient towards health in mind, body and one’s purpose in life. This individualized approach takes time, curiosity, and collaboration between physician and patient. This is why Dr. Wilder is passionate about using the DPC model to deliver the best care.
When not at work you will find Dr. Wilder with her husband and two boys. They are a family on the move - exploring the outdoors, gardening, traveling, cooking and eating delicious food!

Walker Wilder
Practice Manager
Having spent 15+ years teaching martial arts, as well as owning and operating schools, Walker has a deep appreciation for excellence in customer service and creating an empowering and welcoming environment. He also knows, from personal experience with an autoimmune condition, the toll working within the current medical system has on your energy when you are simply trying to stay healthy. Walker always admired how much his wife, Emma, gives to her patients and wishes he had a similar experience on his health journey. You will see Walker at the office helping with all the little tasks to support Dr. Wilder and always striving to make every aspect of a patients experience as excellent as Dr. Wilder’s care.
When not at work, you will find Walker with his wife and two children. When people ask - “What do you do as a family?” his reply is always some variation of “eat and walk”. Whether that is hiking Mt. Philo and enjoying a picnic, or walking to Folino’s for some pizza. Walker still loves the martial arts and continues to teach and train as a hobby and an essential part of his personal health.
